Treeservation Policy:
No Pets Please!
Single night stays require a payment in full for deposit. A 50% deposit secures multiple night treeservations. Your check must be received no more than ten days after treeservation is made. Late Check-ins are by Previous Arrangement-
Please call before 5 on the day of your treeservation! Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Treeservations canceled with more than 90 days notice will be assessed a $10 per night fee. Cancelations with a 31 to 90 day notice will be charged a $25 fee per unit per night. With less than a 30 day notice from the date of the treeservation, individuals who must cancel are responsible for the full amount of the treeservation. If the unit is re-rented the charge is reduced to 25% of the total. There is no refund if the treehouse is not re-rented. Horse back rides cancelled last minute subject to $5 saddling fee.
Closures:
Though it seems obvious that sometimes it's dangerous to go too far out on a limb, and that a treehouse is not a legitimate "port in a storm", we officially limit access during wind storms, heavy snows or at any other time deemed by us unsafe.
